It has been a while since I last posted but I am back! Finals week was crazy and then I started my human resources internship for a civil engineering consultant company right after. It took some time to adjust to my new schedule, but now I found time to get back into my hobbies I miss so much.
To start off my comeback, Happy Fourth of July (Independence Day) to my followers in the United States! I celebrated by meeting with my girlfriends and we decided to cook brunch together. One of our friends is allergic to gluten but I love how we can still find yummy foods to make. We made Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Warm Berry Compote in theme of our red, white, blue flag.
